Richard L. Beall has been involved in numerous projects consulting on mechanical and plumbing systems, and has been established as an expert on design for hot and humid climates. Because of his extensive experience in this area, he is frequently consulted on building envelope and moisture-related issues.

The purpose of this work is to further enhance Beall & Associates, Inc. knowledge and understanding of building performance and to assist in resolution of technical issues and correcting building defects. Consequently, Mr. Beall only takes on a very limited number of cases that meet these goals.
